Elseware Unplug Partner Policy

We are excited to work with you as a retail partner and want to ensure our collaboration is smooth, consistent, and beneficial for both sides. The following guidelines outline our expectations for representing and selling Elseware Unplug products through Shopify Collective.

Product Branding

  • Product images, descriptions, and other content should match our DTC site at elsewareunplug.com
  • Retailers may add customer-submitted images if they enhance the product page and help drive sales
  • If any marketing or product presentation does not reflect the Elseware Unplug brand positively, we will contact you to resolve it. If issues continue, we may remove the ability to sell our products

Marketing Campaigns

  • All marketing campaigns are led and funded by the retailer
  • Retailers are encouraged to promote Elseware Unplug products through social media, email, and other channels, as long as brand representation is consistent

Promotion and Discount Policies

  • Minimum advertised price (MAP) is no more than 10 percent below our DTC (Shopify) price

Ordering and Customer Service

  • Orders are processed and shipped from Raleigh, NC within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends
  • Retailers are the first point of contact for customer service questions or issues
